Texoma Medical Plaza I

Texoma Medical Plaza features 200,000 square feet of Class A space, offering an institutional-quality, first-class medical experience for both physicians and their patients. Forney Medical Plaza II

Forney Medical Plaza Phase II is the second phase of Madison Marquette's master planned medical community located on 1.67 acres of a 7-acre site along U.S. Highway 80 at FM 548 in Forney, Texas. Phase II is a 30,000+/- square foot, two-story class A medical building, is developed adjacent to Phase I, which opened in June 2008. Phase II brings an 11,000 square foot Hospital Sponsored Emergency Center with helipad, a 5,000 pediatric practice and an additional 12,000+ square feet of medical office space.

In addition to being the largest medical office building in Forney, this project offers the finest institutional-quality, first-class medical office experience for both tenants and their patients in both the city and county.
